The Home Inspection...

The purpose of a home inspection is to provide the client with information regarding the condition of the systems and components of the home as they existed at the time of the home inspection. The Home Inspection Report communicates the information to the client through a written summary that describes the general conditions of the building systems and components along with items deemed significantly deficient. Weather it be for a commercial property, or investment property an inspection can provide invaluable information.

Why do I need an inspection?

The purchase of a home or building is a very large investment. Most people do not have a trained eye to see all that a professional inspector sees. A Certified Home Inspector is educated, trained and tested thoroughly on all of the components of a home, and not only knows what hidden problems to look for, but how and where to fine them. A home inspector will not only look for the problems, but will also point out the good features of the house as well. The information you receive will give you a clearer understanding of the property and allow you to make an informed decision.

Pre-Sale Inspections:

Full home inspection for the seller that wants to maximize the sale value. This report can be used as a guide to make needed repairs before they become a sales issue, and along with repair receipts can be shown to the potential buyer. We also offer a substantial discount on a new full inspection for the buyer if they wish to have the property inspected again.
